Completion and receipt of sale proceeds
Further to the announcement made on 26 July regarding the sale of four units located in The Waterside Macau for a combined HK$113.4 million (c.US$14.4 million), the Company announces the completion of the two remaining units sold and receipt of the balance of the sale proceeds of HK$42.5 million (c.US$5.4 million).
