Change of Accounting Reference Date

 

Investment Evolution Credit plc (AQSE: IEC) - 7 June 2024: IEC announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 May to 30 June with immediate effect.

 

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, IEC's reporting timetable will be as follows:

 

• Publication of audited accounts for the financial year end of 30 June 2024, no later than 31 December 2024

• Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 31 December 2024, no later than 31 March 2025

• Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 30 June 2025, no later than 31 December 2025

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR") and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.
