22/12/2006 07:47 | Of course thats how they do business NOT. You have your view pomp but I think you will find that you are wrong but hey what does it matter what you think or me we wont effect the share price. I take it you are holding some. if so good luck. | martincoops
21/12/2006 20:46 | they give shares to the other cos owners that are currenly worth 4p. We value you co at 1mil and we agree on that, , thats 25mil shares. lets do this tho, we still give you 25mil shares but tell everyone we are paying 1.75mil and the shares are valued at 7p! All the punters will think 'hey someone values the shares at 7p, lets buy them up to 7p.' And as the company being bought its great for you as your shares that were worth 4p are now worth 7p!! Easy wain tit!!! | ![]() pomp circumstance
21/12/2006 16:12 | Plus its not a small amount of shares either, its over £1 million worth. | martincoops
21/12/2006 15:59 | Well its better than issuing twice as many shares at 3.5p or would that be a PR stunt as well | martincoops
21/12/2006 15:43 | Issuing shares at 7p is a pr stunt! Its irrelevant really! | ![]() pomp circumstance
21/12/2006 15:13 | Another 2 companys brought into the fold... plus shares issued at 7p. Looks as if this is another excellent deal INT to be the share of 2007. | martincoops
13/12/2006 08:12 | Revised limits: Buy 37.5k @ 4.92p Sell 50k @ 4.56p I didn't see that drop coming? | james t kirk
13/12/2006 08:04 | Early limits: Buy 25k @ 5.13p Sell 50k @ 4.59p | james t kirk
13/12/2006 07:40 | Thought it was always 3, was yesterday anyway Thanks for those limits James | martincoops
13/12/2006 07:39 | I like this bit To receive the CE marking on our ClipOn safe needle is a significant step forward. ClipOn can become one of the principal products in driving the Company's organic growth to help reach our goal of becoming one of the major medical distributors in the UK and Europe. We have already received orders from the NHS for ClipOn. With an estimated global market for unsafe needles of 6 billion needles per year, IMD's challenge is to substitute Clip On in the key markets in Western Europe and the Americas, for which IMD owns the patents." USA next as well | martincoops
13/12/2006 07:30 | Morning chaps, yes I'm glad tosee this this back on track although I no longer hold. I was tempted to buy yesterday, purely on the strength of the limits as it was : Buy 75k @4.75p Sell 50k @ 4.37p I would guess the first trade may get a reasonable price but as it's so illiquid, if this news excites anyone the share may move up again quickly. Only two mm's on this stock so it's a bit susceptable to changes in wind direction! edit: Actually I see there's three mm's - I thought there were only two - is one new? | james t kirk
13/12/2006 07:25 | Should get an early morning rise. And there is nothing wrong with that ;) | ![]() pomp circumstance
13/12/2006 05:51 | Well another piece of the jigsaw fits into place ClipOn has now got its CE mark so lets see those NHS contracts :) | martincoops
12/12/2006 21:33 | Hi James Good to hear from you again. Must admit it is looking a lot better, they are paying above the bid price and we had a few million traded today. Any chance of posting the online limits tomorrow? Thanks in advance | martincoops
12/12/2006 15:37 | Hi Martin, it seems to be on a roll at the moment.. | james t kirk
08/12/2006 15:40 | Nice to see this tick up again today. | martincoops
08/12/2006 05:01 | Well things could be hotting up soon Mentions about acquisitions in Holland, France, Spain and the US. There is alot of other positives in the report with regards to ClipOn sales. | martincoops
01/12/2006 14:04 | get in time!!! | ![]() pomp circumstance
23/11/2006 03:12 | Looks as if we will start distribution to the NHS early 2007 sligthtly later that what we were told but I dont mind waiting a few weeks more. Nice to see that there a few more shares traded daily now and sells of 100k plus within the spread. Anybody go to the AGM as it appears the interest has picked up since then? | martincoops
13/10/2006 16:31 | I suspect now the buys have dried up, this will fall back again next week. The online bid has reduced and you can buy 250k at 4.85p. Someone's just sold under the bid. Unfortunately the illiquid nature of this stock makes sudden moves quite likely. | james t kirk
13/10/2006 06:24 | I remember when Jot came on here knocking this share he had'nt even bothered to read up on the company and made mistake after mistake in his ramblings. He only came here as he has a grudge against Thomas after one of his other shares failed. The thing is Jot this company is going places and you will see this over the coming months. | martincoops
12/10/2006 18:37 | Jotoha I'd thought you had noticed the 200k sell that caused the large mark down. As this is such an illiquid stock it didn't take much to knock it - one trade worth £8k. The climb back up is on the back of the interims, not on thin air and bulliton board gossip but on fact and subsequent buying, admittedly not huge volume. The business model appears to be working, as I've said I'm not holding now so have no interest in this, but get frustrated by people knocking a share on no grounds other than a personal grudge against the Chairman for one of his other mistakes. You may be right about this company, but at the moment it all looks on track. | james t kirk
12/10/2006 18:12 | One does not have to shout out loud to pump a stock, please explain the reasons for the recent drop,on virtualy no sells, and now the climb back up, long term this is a disaster waiting to happen! | ![]() jotoha1
12/10/2006 16:19 | How can you call this pump and dump? Who's pumping I don't even hold them any more. Is it the case that every time a company's shares rise more than 2% it's pump and dump? I'd say it's correcting itself. | james t kirk
12/10/2006 16:03 | Just watch out for the pump and dump..it has to follow, as day follows night! | ![]() jotoha1 |
