Cashancard The on-going revenue will be payable in 20 quarterly incremental payments, as the orders are completed, over the 5 year term of the investment and provide the Company with reoccurring income: Do the sums.

The 300k due in two weeks is the first of many.

Monkey puzzle now now, you see this is futile and does nothing for anyone. Who is monkey puzzle? who cares? You see, it's not about who or what yout think, it's about what you know.

Now, down to business. Do you think this is worth a punt, will you take some, or are you not interested?

What I find works is if you take the angry head off and use your thinking cap and apply logic you can make some money. Now I bet your thinking (where do I sign) No need, this is the easy part. You simply take an amount of stock that is weighted to your risk reward ratio then sit back and relax.

My take is this will gather traction and make huge gains over quite a short period of time as it's been as good as dead prior to the new business won. I imagine the turnaround has started with the first contract win and one more like that and this is heading to 1p.

Dara!! how did I do?

'First orders for life settlement policies totalling USD$30 million are expected to be completed by 31 December 2014, generating revenue of USD$300,000 for the Company'

So $300k/£190k revenue

The current marketcap prices that in.

Unless they get several of these deals, then it looks overpriced right now based on earnings potential.

Loverat I could say the same about you or anyone but who would care? more importantly do you think you might take a look in here at some point on further news or not interested? At these prices I would say its got a good chance of multibagging if we get news of that first payment as they stated it should go right up to 025 - 030p and any more service agreements will take us up higher again.

Insetco specialises in the assimilation of dislocated asset classes which are uniquely structured and distributed via its tailored structured products programme. The objective is to match risk-reward characteristics for institutional investors whilst generating equity returns for its shareholders.

Its current focus has been the US Life settlements market where exceptional risk-adjusted returns have been observed. Proprietary analysis and use of external consultants across the many embedded risks in the asset class has enabled the company to present a rounded proposition to investors and shareholders alike.

The role of the company and its executives is to marry the utility function of investors with its own shareholders' risk appetite which is to participate in a long term normalisation of risk-reward within an asset class with limited downside.

Investors are sourced via appropriately licensed US, UK and EU intermediaries and its execution, advisory partners and counterparties are best of breed.

The company intends to broaden its asset-class approach whilst maintaining the same disciplines it has applied to life settlements in order to create long term diversified upside for its shareholders.

Nice to be in at the very bottom since the first real news flow and contracts awarded.

Good solid turn around company with first contract win which is due £300k to INC by the end of December and then ongoing payments from there. A huge first win for us.

Huge potential here and what a great price to be getting in. Downside is almost 0 and the upside could be a 20 bag from here on further news.

For a company the size of this to be getting in on contracts of that magnitude means this is heading one way. The fact they are in for 1% is amazing for a tiddler. A few mor of those deals just make this valuation look incredibly silly in 3 months time. A Mcap of £1.5 mill for a company that has a business not a shell, an actual business and wiining contracts and dealing with huge financial institutions is an absolute steal. INC about to collect £300k and looking to announce further deals means this is heading one way.

This really is AIM. Where fortunes can be made and lost. Toms showed us the losers (qpp)lets see if he can pick a winner. I think he's in here heavy because he clearly knows what's round the corner.

Volume of almost 30 mill by lunchtime means somethings is on the cards.

They recently won a deal and a 1% slice of $30 mill with first $300k to come. A very nice earner for a tiddler this size. One or two more of them and we will multibag. It looks like there will be more going on this little snip of info:

The Company will update the market on further orders and the likely timing and quantum of any fees earned in due course.

Under the terms of the agreement, Insetco will be paid 1 per cent. of face value of the bonds for providing various administrative services to QIOC and Melken including screening and monitoring of a portfolio of policies. The Company will in addition earn 1 per cent. of the face value of the policies for providing on-going screening and monitoring services. The on-going revenue will be payable in 20 quarterly incremental payments, as the orders are completed, over the 5 year term of the investment and provide the Company with reoccurring income.

First orders for life settlement policies totalling USD$30 million are expected to be completed by 31 December 2014, generating revenue of USD$300,000 for the Company.

uNkwn here is my post reply from KIBO thread. I think we would have upset those active posters if we clogged their thread up...

re INC

If I start doubting the new bod and their intentions I would reduce my holding. The trend looks good and nobody has panicked about the share issue which I am sure is for the on going mission to turn this business around. The BOD look like they are doing a good job to me :)

Unfortunate about the misunderstanding of the RNS contract which has put a massive spike on the chart but ignore that the deal is a good start for the company and further gives confidence in the management :)

Small placing at 0.15p per share. Pretty good effort when shares have traded at 0.05 - 0.08 for past 4 months, plus the 350m convertibles to be issued at 0.025.

Edit - whoever took the 16,666,666 sold them in advance at 0.17p for a profit of £3,333.

Jaknife and I have mentioned the 350,000,000 convertibles probably being pre-sold through the market at whatever price can be achieved, and the above transaction increases this probability.

Shares still very high. The lenders are on course to at least quadruple their money. Reckon whatever's left to sell will go through above 0.1p to achieve that. Lovely profit. If it happens, shareholders should ask the company to borrow off them on the same terms.

Thing is Jaknife, trading volume has been so high here, for whatever reason, the 350 million loan-conversion shares might almost be covered now.

Question is how many shares are held by pump & dumpers (i.e sells waiting to happen), in addition to that 350m?

Some are keen to post misinformation from the previous RNS. The company has clarified it will earn a commission of $300,000 over the next 20 quarters, so $60,000 a year, or approx £36,000.

That by itself doesn't cover the £135,000 annual running costs (I'm very impressed with that low overhead by the way, based on H1 results).

Wonder if they can/will issue further convertible loans at the same rate, after lenders have cashed in this time?

LOL Chris Potts.

I remember him. The bloke who NS was taking pott shots at. If I recall correctly there was a photograph posted on the RSV thread of the Evolution management team with the circles around the faces of those fined or sacked.

I also remember hearing an amusing recording of a call between NS and Shore Capital.

Those were the days when crooks stood out from the rest. Nowadays everyone on this market seem to be crooks including the traders.

JAKNIFE surprises me that people come on a share shouting blue and black when they dont own any.you made your point just move on ive made a heck of a lot of money here and feel very confident. 1 mill mcap with contract + more
read the rns doesnt matter if people bought cheaper this will still go up as its a different ball game with the contract.there are sellers taking profits but there are also buyers look at the holding rns.
rem bod sold loads of shares to institutes at 0.07 stil hit 1.50 same can happen here if another contract pops up.stop deramping and buy a few or move on.people that listened to you have lost a lot of profit and will loose a lot more if they carry on
