King Resources, Inc. (KING) In Merger Talks

BEIJING, March 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- King Resources, Inc. Further to the news announcement of Thursday February 5, 2009, 9:45 am EST where, amongst other things, the company announced that it has retained the services of a corporate consultant for the purpose of assisting in identifying suitable private companies to be acquired, a short list of candidate companies from Asia and North America was put forward for consideration to the company managers and the board. The company is currently in the process of evaluating several Asian candidates, one in the textile industry and the other in the green energy sector. Both candidates have substantial assets and revenues.

In other corporate events, the company is in the process of building a new corporate web site which it will launch shortly.
