Business Update and Subscriber Numbers
Good Life Plus Plc (AQSE: GDLF), an innovator in the luxury prize draw and rewards sector, is pleased to announce the following update.
Following a successful public listing in December 2023, and a subsequent further subscription raising £2.03 million by Winforton Investments Limited, a private investment vehicle associated with Mark Blandford, Good Life Plus has experienced strong customer acquisition growth, reaching the significant milestone of 30,000 subscribers, increasing from a base of 21,000 as at 31 December 2023 1.
This growth has been driven by rising demand for the product, and efficient deployment of marketing spend, fuelled by the recent capital injection. The Company has also focussed on operating efficiencies and customer services initiatives, reducing churn and improving average revenues, reflecting enhanced customer satisfaction and value in premium subscription plans.
In terms of its offering, Good Life Plus has introduced a wide range of new deals to the platform, such as HelloFresh, Beer52, Radisson Hotels, Vue Cinemas, Chessington World of Adventures and Black Sheep Coffee, catering to diverse consumer preferences. These deals strengthen brand association and bolster search engine optimisation efforts.
Good Life Plus has attracted a team of industry-leading talent and investors to help it transition from disruptor to industry leader in the luxury prize draw and rewards sector. Notable figures like Victor Chandler of BetVictor, Mark Blanford of Sportingbet, David Ivy of dogDigital, Ian McCaig of Fiit, John Gordon of Incentive Games and Fraser Doherty of Beer52.com are all providing valuable insights and advice to the team.
Charlie Chadd, CEO of Good Life Plus Plc, commented:
"Surpassing the 30,000 subscriber mark is a significant milestone for our Company. We are successfully scaling the business and achieving good market penetration with effective marketing, improved operations and most importantly of all a great product that appeals to a wide range of consumers. A decade ago, consumer trust in prize draw businesses may have been lacking, but today, transparency, auditing, and corporate governance are paramount. Our listing demonstrates our commitment to these principles and in turn has instilled confidence among investors, consumers and partners. We look forward with confidence as we continue to transition from a disruptor to an industry leader. Our innovative approach aims to revolutionise the prize draw and rewards landscape and deliver an appealing and affordable product to our growing subscriber base."
