Scrip Dividend Reference Price

Good Energy confirms that the scrip dividend reference price will be 185.4 pence per share for the fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the full year dividend for the period ended 31 December 2022.

The scrip dividend reference price was calculated from the average of the middle market quotations for an ordinary share in the Company as derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange during the period of five dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date of 08 June 2023.

The timetable for the operation of the scrip dividend scheme in respect of the 2022 final dividend is set out below.
