Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Shares

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 31 July 2017, the Company announces that it has received notice of the exercise of warrants in respect of 590,089 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 170 pence per share. The aggregate gross proceeds of this exercise amounts to GBP1,003,151.30.

Following the warrant exercise, there are no warrants outstanding.

The Company will make application for the 590,089 new Ordinary Shares, to be issued and allotted as a result of the warrant exercise set out above, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 8 August 2017. The 590,089 new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the admission of 590,089 new Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding those held by the Company in treasury) is 28,299,838 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
