Change of Adviser
Cooks Coffee Company (NZX:CCC; AQUIS:COOK), the international coffee focused café chain, is pleased to announce the appointment of Oberon Capital as the Company's Corporate Adviser and sole broker, with immediate effect. Oberon Capital is a trading name of Oberon Investments Limited.
Pursuant to their appointment, the Company will issue 250,000 ordinary shares to Oberon Capital, which shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing share capital of the Company. Application will be made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange, and admission is expected to occur on 8th December 2023. Following this issue, the total number of ordinary shares of the Company will be 56,949,955 voting shares & 1,207,000 non-voting shares.
