City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in closed-end funds, has been notified that Tom Griffith, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has exercised 17,000 share options at an exercise price of GBP2.55 per ordinary share of GBP0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
