Challenger Energy (AIM: CEG), the Caribbean and Atlantic -margin focused oil and gas company, with oil production, appraisal, development and exploration assets across the region, is pleased to announce that the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and proxy form will be posted to the shareholders on 4 November 2022.
The AGM is to be held at 11:00 GMT on 29 November 2022 at Challenger Energy Group PLC, 34 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LB. The notice of AGM and proxy form are now available on the Company's website https://www.cegplc.com/ .
