The Company announces that on 22 January 2021 Sir Henry Angest, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 3,161 ordinary non-voting shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Non-Voting Shares").

Sir Henry now holds 86,674 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares representing 64.9 per cent. of the total in issue excluding shares held in Treasury. He also holds 8,351,401 Ordinary Shares representing 56.1 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further information.
