        1.     Phil Cox was the chief executive of The Burns-Anderson Group plc
        and resigned less than 12 months prior to that company being placed in
        receivership in August 1992.

        named in section A above has confirmed that there is no information to
        be disclosed under paragraphs 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
