AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it was notified that on 7 March 2022, Mrs Tracey Routh, spouse of Dr James Routh, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,047 ordinary shares in AB Dynamics, each at a price of 976.6 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Dr Routh has an interest of 16,776 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the current issued share capital.
