Directors' share interests

Further to the announcement of 5 December 2003, the Company advises that the
additional ordinary shares acquired by the following directors (or their
connected persons) on 1 December 2003 were all acquired at A$0.50 per share
(being the mid-market price of a Virotec share on the Australian Stock Exchange
on 28 November 2003) and that the interests of each of the directors in the share
capital of Virotec are now as follows:
