Other Events.

On July 24, 2008, the Registrant issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share payable on August 25, 2008 to shareholders of record on August 6, 2008.

In the same press release, the Registrant announced that the Board of Directors approved changing its stock symbol on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) from MBP to MPB. The change will be effective on August 1, 2008.
