 today announced that it will host a conference call to discuss results of its
second quarter and first half of fiscal 2004, the 13 and 26 weeks ended March
28, 2004, on Monday, May 17 at 1:15 PM Pacific Time.

Irvine Sensors' CEO Robert G. Richards and CFO John Stuart will host the
Company's call to discuss those results.  The conference call will be broadcast
live over the Internet and can be accessed by all interested parties via a link

the live call, please go to the Irvine Sensors website at least fifteen minutes
prior to the start of the call to register, download, and install any necessary
