Item 5.02         Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective March 29, 2023, Sara Sprung will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee and board of directors of WGC USA Asset Management Company, LLC (the “Sponsor”), the sponsor of the World Gold Trust (the “Trust”). Ms. Sprung’s departure does not arise from any disagreement on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Trust.
