Forbidden Technologies plc ("the Company") announces that on 6th October 2003
under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme, the following Directors were
granted the below noted number of options to subscribe for ordinary shares in
the Company all at the exercise price of 65p per share option (being the closing
mid-market price on 3 October 2003).
