In the news release, MCI Signs Amended Embratel Sale Agreement With TELMEX,
issued earlier today by MCI (MCIAV.PK) over PR Newswire, we are advised by the
company that the first paragraph, second sentence should read "and establishes
a $12.2 million transaction termination fee" rather than "and establishes a
$12.2 million breakup fee to the transaction" as originally issued
inadvertently.
