The Company's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company is experiencing delays in the collection and compilation of certain information concerning the Company required to be included in the Form 10-KSB. The Company's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB will be filed as soon as practicable.
