Cermaq ASA : Bondholders' meeting held, early redemption approved

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 5 July 2013 concerning summons to a bondholders' meeting in Cermaq's outstanding bond loan "CEQ 01" to approve an early redemption of outstanding bonds in connection with the announced sale of Cermaq's EWOS business.

The bondholders' meeting has now been completed, and the early redemption approved by the bondholders as proposed by Cermaq and further described in the summons letters.
