At a meeting of the Board earlier today, Max Teare was appointed as a
Non-executive Director of the Company.  Mr Teare, aged 57, who was previously a
partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is also a director of Bamford Mill
Residents Limited, will become a member of the audit and remuneration
committees.
