Raising £3m - mc at opening (9p) = £6m.

Positive comment in Daily Mail (Saturday) - expect initial rise prior to fall back to the 8p level (IMHO)

Table Mountain Minerals plc

("TBL")

Start of Dealings

Table Mountain Minerals plc has today been admitted to the Alternative
Investment Market and has raised ?3.115 million by way of a Placing of a total
of 62.3 million New Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each.

TBL has been specifically formed to work with Black Economic Empowerment Act
2003 (BEE) partners in exploiting mineral rights in South Africa and working
with rights owners in other African countries.

The Company will seek to evaluate opportunities brought to it, principally by
its two South African based Directors, Eric Lucas MP and the Reverend Keith
Muntuwenkosi Zondi MP. Both of these Members of the South African Parliament
represent constituencies in the KwaZulu/Natal region. Eric Lucas is a member of
the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Minerals and Energy.

In the event that the Company believes it can profitably exploit the rights, it
will seek to enter into a joint venture arrangement with the rights holders, on
the basis of BEE Mining Charter principles. Where the Company believes it is
feasible to establish the rights as a freestanding operation, it will seek to
raise finance and recruit management to exploit the rights fully, for the
benefit of the joint venture members.

Neil McClure, Chairman, commented,

"We are delighted at the prospect of working with our South African partners
and believe that, with the funds raised through this Placing, we will be able
to exploit some very exciting opportunities that will arise from the new
legislation, which fundamentally changes the business environment in South
Africa."
