wallywoo,

Stop posting misleading 'facts' and numbers then your bear case ( as a buyer ! ) is welcome.

When I mentioned I have a mate who works at the FCA in regulation I was telling the truth. Trust me its not just worth it to lie on these boards, just to make a few extra quid through panicking sellers.

Why are you so threatened by a poster who believes that Sfor are heading lower and will follow a similar trend to July 23?

Why are you soo keen to bully me off the BB?

Any reader, please note, their role is to bully cynic's off a BB, so that they can trick pi's into buying a poor investment. Share price will finish down today, as it did the last 2 days. I believe that by the time Q1 update comes this will be substantially lower.

probably auson. will still run it past ADVFN and see what they say first. Anyways larger point is to ignore the idiot (too many of them about on these boards).

tongosti,

Its quite likely he lives in Thailand or somewhere out of jurisdiction.

He has posted deliberately misleading numbers here pre the update. What was it net debt £220m close to EBITDA covenants which it isn't and wasn't, even at £220m still not close to covenants which are a very generous 4.5X

What you're confirming is that you have no proof of what you accused us of. Wow, really impressed with your IQ. First stop is ADVFN old chap. Will keep you posted. PS. As for this game, what really makes you think you can talk markets and have what it takes to engage you poor sod?

Sure thing I can burn his backside legally if I want to on back of what he stupidly said (have already saved his comment).

Wally - unless you can prove it (which you can't as you're making things up), you need to apologise for your false accusation or I will make sure that you really regret the day you were made aware of these boards.

Tic toc old chap ...

In July 23, the share price moved from 105 to 155 in 3 weeks. The move today looks extremely like that one.

Tell us tongosti, what happened to the share price then? And why the rise today is different to that one? In my experience shares tend to repeat patterns!!

Actually, what Wally is saying about you guys is defamatory. His only defence would be that he is telling the truth, so he'd better be prepared to prove that you three are psid rampers.

Price being above >> kma's (all the way to 150) is mr market telling us the trend has changed. But again - when did Joe Fool ever see what lies in front of his eyes? Some on these boards are so funny. If they ever made it as far as a bank's bathroom, their interview would be cancelled on the spot if they had the guts to say what Wally the nimrod keeps saying on here.

The next update is Q1 trading statement in early May. I wouldn't get too excited though. The momentum from H2 2023 trading is poor and S4 themselves said in January revenue would be down. The trouble with bottom fishing is that you never know when a share will hit Rock bottom. Auson, Nige and tongosti are paid to tell you that the trend has changed. Auson and Nige have been saying it since 200p!!!Be very careful here!!

Lol @ recent posts here. Obvious to see who are traders and who are longer term investors. No problem with the traders although I don't envy them glued to their screens all day.

I notice even Mr wallywoo does expect this to recover, over time !
'
wallywoo - 16 Apr 2024 - 12:37:11 - 10400
This will recover in the medium term. But it won't be quick. Massive amounts of debt, and a poor business outlook will make recovery look like paint drying.'

Wally & the other tosspot NY Boy went missing for 2 weeks while the S4 share price went up 65%, share price drops back a little and surprise surprise Wally makes an appearance with 9 comments within 2 days, in a stock he apparently has no financial interest in. De ramping trolls are so predictable. Good luck waiting for 20p target price. The S4 train has left the station.

tongosti,

You could be right, from memory I was buying GLEN stock around 180p and I think you could have bought them under 140p. But wally likes them at 400p

KAZ was another good one that springs to mind and of course RIO at 1800

And down we go again.

Just remember tongosti, the guru, you could of sold at 56p yesterday and above 60p on Monday.

Won't be long before we are at your 47p stop level. Losing profit day by day!!! Still you have your moving averages charts- perhaps you could sell those?? Lots of pretty colours, I bet.

Lol auson,

You are not really comparing a huge gambling distressed share with few assets and £200m of debt with a £60bn valued commodity giant with £80bn commodity based net assets and a 8% dividend. Are you?

My investment there is up nearly 20% in 3 months with a 4% dividend coming and another in August. Although it is a 6 figure sum, I can cash it in easily.

This investment is barely surviving. Not worth the risk currently imho. Even for a small punt. Could easily turn down rapidly.

A word of warning for those thinking they are a hedgefund going short using retail spreadbets/ CFD's your broker is not your friend.

'A leading seller of contracts-for-difference made about £25 million betting against its own customers during the first three months of the year. Plus500 said that client losses had given it a $30.6 million boost in the first quarter, helping to push adjusted profits at the group in the period up by 2 per cent year-on-year to $102.6 million. Revenue rose 4 percent to $215.6 million. The London-listed, Israel-based Plus500 operates a popular online platform that enables punters to trade contracts-for-difference, which are derivatives that are used to place leveraged bets on the direction of prices in financial markets.' - The Times
