10/5/2024 11:27 | 1347: yes, the FCA would do better to draw back from its claim to oversee the AIM regulations. It’s completely unregulated at any level, it seems to me, a free-for-all. The self-important incompetent (Governor) at an increasingly incompetent Bank of England is no better. Nor is Companies House, where Knowe Properties’ latest published Accounts are in respect of November 2020. They're still not being pursued for them. | jtidsbadly
10/5/2024 11:03 | JT Yes, the more succinct term is scam. Of course it's facilitated by a fig leaf, nelsonian, regulatory regime that is about as much use as a freezer at the north pole. | 1347
10/5/2024 10:10 | 1347: well, I certainly agree with you about Mr. Sanderson and his chum in Texas. It’s just a particularly egregious example of the AIM blueprint, isn’t it? List on AIM with something that looks really plausible, raise a few million. The plausible venture fails to bear fruit, so they look round for something - anything - which will persuade the mugs to keep them in business. Fortunately, the mugs are extremely reluctant to realise a loss, so they back the new issue. From then onwards, I think the expression is “rinse and repeat”, with each new venture less likely to bear fruit and financed increasingly by hideously expensive debt which virtually guarantees failure. Fortunately, the mugs, increasingly desperate to avoid writing it off and under the impression that they haven’t lost any money until they sell, continue to back the hapless management, who know exactly what they’re doing (i.e. anything to continue paying themselves excessive wages). It’s true of all three of UKOG (Turkey), Vast (missing diamonds and unprofitable mines in various dubious jurisdictions) and Anguish (single asset company, crippling loan burden, depleting resource, unaffordable drilling programme). The moral is, or should be, that if the initial venture fails, investors should jump ship as quickly as they can. | jtidsbadly
10/5/2024 09:12 | JT It seems people like Sunak and family can never have too much money, pure avaracice, claimed nim-dom whilst living in Downing Street! Despicable people in my view and the sooner we see the end of his ilk and people like ShareCoin Sanderson, the better. His wife set up companies in the UK that got government grants then went bankrupt owing the HMRC money, easily found on t'interweb. Yes she has investments in Infosys and others, they keep getting UK Gov contracts no matter how many times they screw up. If it looks like graft, sounds like graft and acts like graft then it probably is graft. | 1347
10/5/2024 08:04 | Good morning all , Gismo, Rayrac , Hans , Iam and all mu usual friends | 25wbh
10/5/2024 07:52 | 1347: thanks. Well, I said a couple of months ago that the company you refer to will follow UKOG and Vast up the Swanee: in that order. Re politicians, I should have thought Mrs. Sunak has enough money from her shareholding in Infosys not to need to waste her time in the UK stock market. There’s loads of money to be made in India. Iceagefarmer’s post has popped up, in spite of my having filtered him. I think it’s the saddest, most plaintive post I’ve ever read, on any company bb. | jtidsbadly
09/5/2024 16:18 | i'm in profit.. | iceagefarmer
09/5/2024 13:44 | 1347: is there anything to prevent the Boards of these AIM companies raising money from a placing (with a coincidental p&d) and paying themselves bonuses for all the good work they’ve done, just before their lenders pull the plug? | jtidsbadly

07/5/2024 08:18 | They still have 1/2bn shares to get rid of before the AGM so watch out for more drops in the share price especially with YA still getting rid of them. | jammydodger2

05/5/2024 18:45 | Oh iceagefarmer how naive. Your simply an Eskimo and he has ice you need, keep buying it up. Lenigas is a scam artist, he takes a useless asset, makes you think there's billions in gold or crit mineral or even oil then flies off before you've realized it was all lies based on some very bad exploration data that seems all to easily manipulated in Aim type companies. The trick is to find some oil or gold in a small amount then base this as a reason there is billions more down there. Next do some shoddy exploration and produce reports and maps that sort of suggest he could be right. Then after rinsing every penny and constantly producing more supportive data the shilling finally drops but with all that cash he can quit and buy some other useless tatt to repeat the process. There's no law to stop him really it's upto you to decide wether his reputation is worth it or not. Coincidentally out of the hundred and fifty or so companies he has done this at or been a part off it was noted that one or two did go on to do well. Great odds now would you like some frosting with that ice, were about to see a lack of frosting with global warming temperatures and I can sell it to you cheap now before it's value goes up ten thousand percent, do we have a deal? | honfacifi
05/5/2024 18:20 | Because he's not as thick as you. iceagefarmer - 16 Sep 2023 - 12:33:43 - 161356 of 162776 UKOG strikes oil 2016 - UKOG share price has been deliberately trashed so lenigas and his aussie mates can buy in cheap again and make a fortune...obvious why his other company's accounts were delayed to further drive the price down..turkey news too..work hand in hand | bionicdog
05/5/2024 16:17 | why doesnt lenigas put his hand in his pocket..he caused this mess the aussie big mouth | iceagefarmer
05/5/2024 14:10 | "Resolution 4 – Directors’ Authority to Allot Shares This is an ordinary resolution to grant the Directors with authority to allot and issue shares and grant rights to subscribe for shares in the Company for the purposes of Section 551 of the Act up to the maximum aggregate nominal amount of £3,876.84 (being 100% of the Company’s issued share capital following the issue and allotment to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust announced on 3 May 2024). This Resolution replaces any existing authorities to issue shares in the Company and the authority under this Resolution will expire at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company." I don't see that being enough to even finish off paying the final instalments of the first £2m tranche from YA. Expect another GM to raise more or have UKOG found another source of funding? | jammydodger2
