I don't disagree with your analysis Youngers, but I was simply pointing out that the market was being logical in marking down the shares a little. The issues mentioned in yesterday's statement that caused a light quarter may well dissipate through the rest of the year but after putting out such bullish forecast numbers with the final results this update suggests more risk of missing than beating them. Hopefully this won't be the case.

This is a high growth company Redwing (granted this last quarter aside). The first Q multiplied by 4 NEVER adds up to the full year results

Question to be answered in half year results is was this a blip or has the trajectory fundamentally changed

Willing to give mgmt the benefit of the doubt for now

Discodave - what do you not understand? 1st quarter numbers don't add up to full year forecasts if you simply multiply by four. This means that they must play catch up now and will miss forecasts if things don't go well. OK?

SUBLOCADE Q4 2023 $176M, Q1 2024 $179M
PERSERIS Q4 2023 $12M, Q1 2024 $11M.

A bit rubbish, particularly Perseris...again...

Why the 'good results' and 'blue finish, anyone' comments? Numbers are below where they guided last time and so the market discounts the possibility of downgrades to come later in the year. If you trust the reasons given for the slow start then it's a buy for the catch up, but the fall in recent weeks and today is an understandable market reaction.

Seen this a few times here. Mentioned it a while back at risk of criticism. It's a rollercoaster. One of my entry point stops kicked-in this morning. Safety first for me. Been here too long to start going in and out.

Golly gosh, shake, rattle and roll--reminds me of my formative disco days! You either believe the company that there are a couple of near term temporary trading issues in sectors , or you you don't- you read more! I happen to believe, so we will see.

Well Dealy,
Overall you may well be right re US valuations versus UK valuations. Certainly, David Schwimmer CEO of LSEG Group Plc (of which the London Stock Exchange is a small part) has also stated very similar sentiment.

However, this hasn't stopped the UK media( plus others) and many UK companies and senior executives indicating otherwise and expressing frustration,if not actually indicating they are actively looking at possible relocation. Obviously there can be several agenda's here , and that I accept.

Unfortunately those intimately involved with markets seem not to be able to address the issues very well. Possibly, its just this stage we have reached within a normal stock market cycle although the bigger and more liquid market place argument is powerful. As an ordinary investor here I just find it very frustrating.

it's a myth that US listings get a better valuation. Look at Intel and Pfizer - both at very low valuations. Also, US small caps are basically as bad as UK ones

Purely speculation on my part but I do wonder whether the change in listing status ,resulting in a lesser UK market status is causing a near term outflow of UK investors. What it does for Indivior's UK indices standing I just don't know. Maybe it also takes time for the US Nasdaq main listing investor base to develop let alone build up a US indices momentum .Hence little current forward optimism.

Anything else well ,we will soon find out!

The early half US Nasdaq additional listing has, of course, been a complete dud-- well, for the majority of investors anyway! At times I wonder what quality of capital markets advisers these chaps have-let alone in house stock market awareness!

Hopefully so. Have seen a few guidance upgrades as part of Q1 results in prior years which would be nice. Longer term this is still a cracking buy so I’m happy to hold through the volatility

So annoying that this is dropping on a daily basis on low volume. I bet the results next week please, and we rise back to where we were only a few weeks ago......yuck.

Reports of quite a positive write up in the US Journal of Clinical Pharmacology on OPVEE® which apparently rapidly reverses opioid-induced respiratory depression, which is the major cause of deaths due to opioid overdose.Might have thought the Company would get it more publicity. Last results presentation talked of Opvee $150 -$250m potential revenue so will be nice to see in time.

Well we're still close to the update that just passed so you'd think if there was an iceberg they'd have told us. Without more I'm just going to proceed on basis of market fluctuations for whatever reason.

US close price of $23 is £18.16 so almost 10% difference to U.K. price now. Looks like the gap is closing though.

Some idiot got robbed this morning I think

I think that it depends on whether there are any limit orders below or not and whether they get lowered. I think that, that's how flashes like this occur.

Strange open today. US closed about 50p up so this then goes down on no news?
