I do find it interesting that Isabel de Salis resigned in February and has now been put forward as a member of the proposed new Board. I expect she uncovered irregularities whilst being appointed and could possibly be the whistle blower. Doesn't look pretty and could get messy.

Receipt of Requisition Letter

Tirupati Graphite (TGR.L, TGRHF.OTCQX), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, confirms that it has received a letter from Walpole St. Andrews Nominees Ltd on behalf of a group of underlying shareholders holding, in aggregate, 6,847,813 ordinary shares representing c. 5.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, requesting the Company to convene a general meeting of the Company's shareholders pursuant to section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Act"). The Company is taking advice as to the validity of the requisition letter and a further announcement will be made in due course.

The letter has requested that at the requisitioned meeting, shareholders of the Company consider resolutions to remove Shishir Poddar, Puruvi Poddar and Alastair Bath from office as directors of the Company and to appoint Mark Rollins, Leo Koot, Isabel de Salis and Murat Dogan Erden as directors of the Company.

Shareholders are advised that no action is required at this time. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.

Base Resources* (BSE LN) 11p, Mkt cap £174m – Acquisition by Energy Fuels Inc. for shares

Madagascar recently re-elected President Rajoelina securing a third term as president. We believe President Rajoelina will support the Toliara project development.

*The analyst has previously visited the Toliara project in Madagascar.



Whilst clearly not directly related to TGR indirectly this is potentially positive news for mining projects in Madagascar.

There are still a lot of uncertainties with this but with absolute transparency from the BOD and positive updates on finances, production and sales then it might just come good although I'll sit on the sidelines for the moment. Hang on in there pwal.

So target share price for TGR to get 550 million dollars would be around, to my calculations, 6.38 dollars per share. Producing the 80k tonnes per year.

So this company:Talga Group (ASX: TLG): "Anode developer leveraging EU demand"Talga is a $550 million market cap developer, progressing its Vittangi Graphite Project and Lulea anode refinery in Sweden. The Vittangi DFS outlined a vertically integrated operation with a production profile of 19,500 tonnes per annum of anode material for 24 years. 550 million dollar market cap and it has a profile of 19,500 tonnes per year. TGR is producing more than that currently ( I believe). What's up?

From green battery minerals:Graphite Supply/Demand-> As the world switches to #EVs the demand for #graphite will outpace any level of production the world can provide. This increase on demand & drastic supply shortage should increase graphite prices dramatically.
