I've lost touch with the Court Case so can anyone provide a very brief update on the key issue please. I have been adding over last week or two at the 105p to 106p level and just managed some at a fraction under 105p late this afternoon (my lowest was 104.4p.) I was expecting the latest results around 16th May or maybe a few days earlier. Best wishes to holders.

Sorry off topic on Trains...Labour plans...sway voters...

Labour will fully nationalise the train network within five years of coming to power, with a pledge to guarantee the cheapest fares as part of “the biggest reform of our railways for a generation”.

One of Labour’s first major acts in government will bring all passenger rail into national ownership under Great British Railways as contracts with private operators expire, a plan endorsed by the architect of the Conservatives’ own rail plan.

Labour will announce it plans to cut waste and claw back shareholder dividends, saving £2.2bn. It will establish a watchdog, the Passenger Standards Authority, to scrutinise the new system. Passengers will be offered best-price ticket guarantees, automatic delay repay and digital season tickets across the network.

In a speech on Thursday, the shadow transport secretary, Louise Haigh, will say renationalisation “is not going to be easy and it will take hard graft, but it will be my mission to get us to the right destination and to deliver for the Great British passenger”.

But, they know something we don't

Thats the bad part

They are not attacking it based on what is publicly known or trend etc, with such ferociousness

If it was simply a sector attack, it would be spread out far more evenly

Diku everyone goes on about the past 12 weeks being a possible accumulation phase

That's 12 weeks the shorters could have used to exit.

So, obviously their target, given the weight involved, is a bit less than 102s lol

Sub 102s confirms 70s.

The past 12 weeks has proven it to be not in accumulation period. Offload zone

The shorters are most likely targeting lower than 70s but that'd first mark sub 102s. Forget any price
In-between

And they are the ones on low risk. Entity terms, sector terms, markets so high so macro terms too etc etc

Well covered

what I dont understand as a sane person is why British Aerospace is going up loads and BT is going down...
British Aerospace already has a PE ratio of 21!!!!
Its only going up because UK going to up its defense spending....
But we've upped our phone spending and the price of BT has gone down!!!!!!!
Where is the logic in all this?
Its as if the UK Market is run by some mad right wing nut job!!!!

"While BT did not provide specific timeframes for the establishment of the new unit and the appointment of a permanent head, it is a clear sign that Kirkby is ready to shake things up at BT and engineer a turnaround for a company, which needs to improve its financial performance, light a fire under its share price and take advantage of the significant investments made in recent years (and which are ongoing) in fibre access networks and 5G."

Market has been giving view on investment returns expected, for a while now

Only plan going to work here is workforce and costs slaughter

Not sure if possible given the infrastructure

BTW, if you have openreach , you can now get Plusnet through it for well under 50 quid per month running at max uploads and downloads

I think that's best deal at the moment
