HAMILTON, Bermuda, May 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Validus Holdings, Ltd. ("Validus") (NYSE:VR) announced today that it has entered into a Share Sale Agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Talbot Holdings Ltd ("Talbot"). Talbot owners include institutional investors and employees and management. The sale is conditional on regulatory approvals from the Financial Services Authority, the Corporation of Lloyd's and the Bermuda Monetary Authority. About Validus Holdings, Ltd.
