that the United States District Court Northern District of Ohio Eastern Division
has dismissed the legal action filed against Poly-Pacific by the Relator / Qui
Tam Plaintiff Raymond F. Williams (the "Relator"). The legal action was
previously announced on August 27, 2008 by the Company. Poly-Pacific's Motion to
Dismiss was granted by the United States District Court on October 6, 2008 in
its entirety, on a "with prejudice" basis, meaning that the case cannot be
re-filed in any other United States jurisdiction.


"This outcome was completely consistent with our expectations, given our belief
from the outset that the complaint was totally without merit," stated Mr. Randy
Hayward, President. "The Company can now completely focus all of its attention
and resources on negotiating the rights to reclaim the numerous landfill sites
it has identified in the United States."


The Company further wishes to report that it has retained a major environmental
engineering firm in the United States as well as additional consultants with
expertise in the environment and fiber recycling.
