Most recently, Valero shut a hydrocracker at the east plant at its Corpus Christi, Texas refinery Thursday morning for unknown reasons.
ConocoPhillips (COP) reported a process upset Wednesday morning at its Wilmington, Calif. refinery, according to an environmental filing.The company did not give any details on the type of upset but did say it caused flaring, according to report.
Total (TOT) reported to environmental regulators that they would be taking unit 810 down for maintenance.
ConocoPhillips is about to begin planned maintenance at the WRB refinery in Roxana, Ill. Some of the work is related to the expansion but most of the work is "regular maintenance to existing operations," a company spokesman said Tuesday.
Delek US Holdings (DK) reported Tuesday that an equipment failure led to the shut down of its fluid catalytic cracking unit at its Texas refinery, according to an environmental filing. The unit was quickly restarted.
