                       BULLION RESOURCES PLC ("Company")

                             Statement re Results





Bullion Resources plc advises that it has been unable to provide audited annual
results by the 30 June 2003, because of the decision to suspend operations. As a
result the accounts need to be reassessed in order to incorporate this change.
Consequently, under rule 17 of the AIM rules, this has resulted in the continued
suspension of the Company's shares.



It is expected that they will be published within the next 14 days when the
Company will make a detailed statement and request for the suspension to be
lifted with immediate effect.
