SMSActive(TM) Technologies Corp Continues its Expansion into the Chinese Market VANCOUVER, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SMSActive Technologies Corp. (OTC:SMSE) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a revenue sharing agreement with another Chinese mobile service provider, Shenzhen Smartcom Telecommunication Technologies Co (Smartcom). This agreement further expands SMSActive's content into the Chinese market, the largest mobile market in the world with approximately 300 million mobile subscribers. Smartcom is a mobile content provider for China mobile Communications Corporation (China Mobile) and China United Telecommunications Corporation (China Unicom), providing services including mobile application, interface, technical support and billing. This agreement enables Smartcom to expand its content library with SMSActive's content and offer SMSActive's content and applications to its estimated over 10 million subscribers through direct premium billing connections through China Mobile and China Unicom. Smartcom is based in the Guangdong province and its core business includes: ringtones, logo, chat, WAP, MMS, Brew/Java games, Flash application, government information, entertainment, fashion, weather forecast, jokes and more to the Chinese mobile subscribers. Smartcom expects to generate about US$18,000 net per month from this revenue sharing agreement with SMSActive.
