Renaissance Health Systems of Florida, Inc. Secures First
Operational Community Health System in Florida
WELLINGTON, Fla., July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Renaissance Health Systems of
Florida, Inc. (RHS), announced today that the Company's first Community Health
System (CHS) has become fully certified and operational in Volusia County with
principal cities of Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange and Ormond
Beach.
The Quantum Group, Inc. (OTC:QTUM) (BULLETIN BOARD: QTUM) the parent of RHS,
announced on April 6, 2005 that a after two years of planning and nearly a year
of implementation and development, that it had reached an agreement with a
Florida-based Health Maintenance Organization. Through this agreement, RHS
coordinates healthcare through its Community Health System, which has been
specifically designed to provide care to Medicare Advantage members.

As of July 1, 2005, RHS reported it has reached agreement with over 400
Providers along Florida's east coast and anticipates to contract with 900-1000
Providers in 13 Florida counties by year's end. These efforts enable the
Company to begin to provide more options to Patients, Providers and Managed
Care Organizations later this year and early in 2006.
Among the recent accomplishments of RHS is the unveiling of its state-of-
