RIDGEFIELD, Conn., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Petals Decorative Accents, Inc. (OTC:PDEC) (BULLETIN BOARD: PDEC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregory Powell as its new chief financial officer. Mr. Powell joined the Company on October 23, 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Powell served as the chief financial officer of Spiegel Brands, Inc., a direct response retailer of apparel and home furnishings based in New York, New York. Prior to his affiliation with Spiegel Brands, Mr. Powell served as the Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Inventory Control for the Direct Sales Division of J. Crew Group, Inc.
