Sendik's Food Markets Sell Out of Midwest Airlines Genuine Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough on First Day of Sales MILWAUKEE, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Midwest Airlines Genuine Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flew off the shelves of Sendik's Food Markets on Wednesday, the first day it was made available to the public.
