CHAMPAIGN, Ill., Dec. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Van A. Dukeman, President and CEO of Main Street Trust, Inc. (OTC:MSTI) (BULLETIN BOARD: MSTI) , announced that the Company's Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.25 per share for the quarter ending December 31, 2006, versus $0.23 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2006. Said dividend will be paid on or about January 26, 2007 to all shareholders of record as of January 12, 2007.
