GREENVILLE, S.C., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JPS Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: JPST.PK) today announced that it has promoted William E. (Ellis) Jackson to the newly created position of Vice President of Finance and Administration. Jackson will continue to report to Charles R. (Chuck) Tutterow at the corporate headquarters in Greenville, SC. He will continue to maintain responsibility for tax planning and compliance, risk management, benefit administration, compliance considerations and certain other financial duties.
