SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Human Pheromone Sciences, Inc. (OTC:EROX) (BULLETIN BOARD: EROX) ("HPS" or "the Company") today announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 400,000 shares of common stock, representing approximately 10% of the current shares outstanding, from time to time in the open market and private transactions. The plan sets no time limit for any repurchases. A spokesperson indicated that "the Company is committed to a long-term share repurchase program as part of an overall capital allocation that supports growth and also returns value to shareholders." Human Pheromone Sciences, Inc. is a technology-based company, whose proof- of concept products included prestige-priced fragrances and toiletries and environmental products sold under the Natural Attraction(R), REALM(R), innerREALM(R) and EROX(R) trademarks.
