                        MICHAEL CAIRNS AND THOMAS ROBSON



On 9 May 2003, the Company announced changes to the Board of Directors including
the appointment of Michael Cairns and Thomas Robson as non-executive directors.
Further information regarding these directors is provided below.

Michael Cairns

Within the last five years Mr Cairns was a director of Queens Moat Houses Plc
and Esporta Plc; neither is a current directorship.

There are no matters covered by paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules
which require disclosure.

Thomas Robson

There are no matters covered by paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) and paragraph 16.4
(a) of the Listing Rules which require disclosure.
