Directors' Notifiable Interests
The Company announces that on 17 November 2003, it received formal notification
relating to the following directors' interests in the Company's securities.
Charles Jamieson, Chief Executive, has increased his holding of ordinary shares
in Premier Oil following the exercise of 16,000 ordinary share options at an
exercise price of 285p each and the retention of all of the ordinary shares
arising therefrom. Charles Jamieson now has the following beneficial interests
in the current issued share capital of the Company:
249,458 ordinary shares
843,229 ordinary share options at exercise prices between 125p and 400p per
option.
Following the exercise of 277,271 ordinary share options at an average exercise
price of 140.9p each and on selling of the ordinary shares arising therefrom at
an average price of 392.1p per share, John van der Welle, Finance Director, now
has the following beneficial interests in the current issued share capital of
the Company:
122,754 ordinary shares
277,274 ordinary share options at an exercise price of 135p per option
