                          Feedback plc ("the Company")



The Board was informed today that Mrs Helen Fay Westcott, wife of Professor John
Hugh Westcott, a non-executive Director of the Company, transferred 463,000
ordinary shares of Feedback plc representing 3.88% of the Company's current
issued ordinary share capital to a family trust on 13 August 2003.

Following this transfer Professor Westcott has a beneficial interest in 1,263
ordinary shares of Feedback plc, representing approximately 0.01% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital. Professor Westcott remains
non-beneficially interested in 2,490,136 ordinary shares representing 20.87% of
the current issued ordinary share capital in his capacity as trustee of the
Blackman Will Settlement.

Following the transfer Mr David Harding, non-executive Chairman of the Company,
has the following non-beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares:
