Digital Learning Management Signs Reseller Agreement with Peruvian Distributor LOS ANGELES, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Digital Learning Management Corporation (OTC:DGTL) (BULLETIN BOARD: DGTL) , a Learning Solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has signed Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreements with Julio Torres, a distributor of Software Products to sell and support Digital's Virtual University Appliance (VUA) in Chile and Peru.
