Curtiss-Wright Declares Dividend of $0.09 Per Share for Common and Class B Stock ROSELAND, N.J., May 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Martin Benante, Chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW; CW.B) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share for the Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, or for the Common Stock if the stockholders approve the Company's proposed recapitalization at its May 19, 2005 Annual Meeting, payable July 22, 2005 to stockholders of record as of July 8, 2005.
