Smith, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has advised management of his decision to resign, effective February 9, 2007. Mr. Smith joined ECO2 Plastics in 2004 as CFO. Rod Rougelot, CEO of ECO2 Plastics, will fulfill Smith's responsibilities while actively seeking his replacement for a new CFO.
