HOUSTON, March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Augrid Global Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets: AGHG), a holding company dedicated to acquiring and managing ownership interests in a diverse range of businesses, announced that it has retained MicroCap Management, LLC as the leader of its full awareness campaign. MicroCap Management has created a strategic plan that will provide a launch pad for present and future business, driven by the progressive vision of Augrid's senior management. Augrid is finalizing the process for the Halal meat processing plant acquisition. Augrid will acquire 100% ownership and the rights to US and International expansion for multiple products and distribution.
