Turkish brewer Anadolu Efes Biracilik ve Malt Sanayi AS (AEFES.IS) has priced its debut $500 million, 10-year bond at 175 basis points over Treasurys, one of the banks on the deal said Monday.

The bond priced Friday.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC Holdings PLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC were the banks on the deal.

The terms of the transaction are as follows:
