NEW YORK, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amerex Group, Inc. (OTC:AEXG) (BULLETIN BOARD: AEXG) , a New York based hazardous waste transportation and logistics firm announced today that it has executed a settlement agreement with Mr. Ronald Brewer in relation to his term as Chief Operating Officer and Director. As part of the agreement, Mr. Brewer will return 2,750,000 shares of common stock of Amerex to the company. Previously, Mr. Richard Coody returned 4,467,855 shares of common stock that he owned, bringing the total number of shares returned to 7,217,855. Amerex Group, Inc. is a hazardous waste transportation and logistics firm with capabilities to provide emergency response to environmental emergencies.
