NEW YORK, July 9 /PR Newswire-FirstCall/ -- Amerex Group, Inc. (OTC:AEXG) (BULLETIN BOARD: AEXG) announced today that the Company plans to open four new offices to support its Environmental Solutions division. With service locations already in Kansas City, Tulsa, OK, and Portland OR, this move will more than double its footprint in the coming months. Mr. Stephen Onody, Chief Operating Officer of Amerex Group, Inc. stated that Amerex will open offices in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Denver. "We have already begun operating in Phoenix and Salt Lake, and expect all new offices will be up and running by January 2008." The Company's CEO, Nicholas Malino remarked, "This expansion was initiated primarily because several of our existing national clients have requested that we service them in these new geographic areas. We anticipate that the new offices will immediately begin operating profitably, and be accretive to earnings."
